Building Control & Planning:
H2 sheds can be built to meet building control regulations, but please be sure there is a ‘Yes’ in this option overleaf. Please note H2 do not submit building control or planning applications. This is up to the customer. If an engineer report is required for a building control application this is considered an extra. Please ask about this at time of purchase. H2 advises all customers, that any building over 30m2, is required to be built to a building control specification.
Sectional Shed:
All sectional sheds are prone to water ‘blow-ins’ in extreme weather conditions. Condensation can occur in H2 buildings during harsh conditions. Ask about this at time of purchase. This can be virtually eliminated with non-drip cladding. You will experience some droplets off the steel frame work during cold weather. Please note that the shed will need washed completly by the customer to remove all filings after erection. This will need repeated for the first few weeks. This is the customers responsibility and they will be provided with a mainteance manual upon completion of the shed.
Please note that profile fillers and expanding foam are not recommended to be used with non-drip cladding. This is because they restrict airflow in the building and the non drip roof cannot dry out and preform properly. If profile fillers are used this will void the guarantee from H2 Sheds LTD.
All Standard Pedestrian doors open in to the shed are not Guaranteed to be water tight, to Guarantee water tightness H2 advises to upgrade to a steel rebated premium door. which opens out, or a UPVC door.
H2 Strongly recommend that the internal steel of all Flatpack, Standard & Premium sheds should be recoated with a steel finished paint after the shed and concrete are moisture free.
Any additional internal/external works carried out on the shed after it is erected can void the warranty. This can include drywall, electrics, front finish changes etc. If unsure please ask about this at time of purchase.
BASE:
H2 cannot offer Guarantees if concrete bases themselves are of poor quality (i.e: not square, not level,wrong dimensions, low Newton strength, wrong position, no roller door recess etc.) . H2 Sheds do not provide concrete bases this is the customer’s responsibility. Please request a base speciation and a roller door recess specification from H2.
ORDERS ,PAYMENT & DELIVERY:
H2 will endeavour to get your building to you on time, however due to inclement weather conditions, arrival times may vary. (This is for the safety of employees and buildings, which are paramount).
H2 SHEDS ARE PAID FOR IN FULL BEFORE 1PM ON THE DAY OF COMPLETION BY EITHER CASH, DEBIT CARD OR SAME DAY BANK TRANSFER ONLY(NO EXCEPTIONS). ANYONE WISHING TO PAY BY CHEQUE MUST MAKE SURE WE RECIEVE IT 7 WORKING DAYS BEFORE COMPLETION OF SHED NO EXCEPTIONS. Late payments will incur a interest charge at a rate of 9% every 30 days, charged daily.
All composite Kingspan sheds require a 40% deposit at the time of order. A further 40% is required two weeks prior to delivery of the shed. The final amount is paid upon arrival at site.
H2 reserve the right to cancel any contract. If a shed is ordered from H2 the price on the order contract will be honoured for up to six months. After this H2 will review the shed price, and reserve the right to increase the shed price if needed due to material prices increasing. All buildings and materials are the property of H2 Sheds until paid in full. Any changes after the quotation has been accepted are at the discretion of H2 Sheds. Deposits are non-refundable. All quotes are subject to price fluctuation at H2’s discretion.
GUARANTEE
H2 offers a 1 year Guarantee on all free standing Erected Sheds ONLY. We do not Guarantee mono or L-shaped Buildings.
